Searching for a music video(Name of singer too)?

I saw it a while back(like 2 years ago) on MTV. I don't remember the singer(which is what I'm looking for). I'll give you a description of what I remember from it.





The singer is blond with peach skin(kinda looks like gwen stefani(it might be her)). During the music video I remember one scene when she is walking into her room, there's an electrician fixing something, and she kinda seduces him. the next scene after that she is in her bathroom(working on her hair I think), and the guy is in the tub(with bubbles I believe). And that's all I remember.





I've been crazy looking for this video. Ever since I saw it I wanted to know who sang it. Sorry I don't remember any of the lyrics.
